Theme-based decor (sports, travel, music, gaming) with age-appropriate colors, balloon installations, LED elements, photo displays of the child growing up, and interactive decor like graffiti walls or candy stations.

Start with 2–3 main colors inspired by the season, venue, or personal taste. Add 1–2 accent colors. Test swatches in the actual venue lighting. Your decorator can create mock-ups to visualize the palette in context.

Outdoor decor must withstand wind, heat, and humidity. Use weighted arrangements, avoid delicate flowers in direct sun, incorporate natural elements of the landscape, and plan for evening lighting transitions.

A sweetheart table (just the couple) creates an intimate focal point. A head table includes the bridal party or close family. Choose based on your comfort level and the event’s formality. Both can be beautifully decorated.
