Photos typically take 4–8 weeks for a curated gallery of 400–800 images. Video highlights are usually delivered in 6–12 weeks, with full-length films taking up to 16 weeks.

No backup equipment, watermarked delivery, unclear usage rights, extremely low prices (quality risk), no contract, inability to show full event galleries, and poor communication responsiveness.

List must-have shots: family groupings, the chuppah, ring exchange, first dance, key speeches. Share it 2 weeks before the event. Keep it reasonable (20–30 items) so the photographer also has creative freedom.

Photo booths are hugely popular at Israeli weddings and Bar/Bat Mitzvahs. They provide entertainment for guests and instant printed souvenirs. Consider a mirror booth, 360-degree booth, or classic strip-style setup.

Ensure your contract includes a clause for file delivery within a set timeframe and that you receive full-resolution files. Back up all photos in multiple locations (cloud and external drive) as soon as you receive them.
