Before the oven arrives at your home Meet the person behind it I am Amit Turk, 23 years old – a private chef and a former fighter in the Givati Brigade. When I was in reserve duty in the middle of the war, I realized that my true love was actually in a different place – working with dough, in the blazing oven, right in the quiet and with the raw ingredients. Since then, I have been doing this day after day – bringing my oven to private events, making handmade pizzas in front of the guests, preparing exquisite appetizers, special desserts, and also offering personalized pizza workshops. Every detail is important to me – from the dough to the toppings, from the service to the taste – to ensure a professional, precise, and uncompromising result.
